The Courtyard at Loves Park is officially open, with independent living residents now moving into the community. The 116-apartment senior living community is also accepting deposits for its assisted living and memory care residences.
The Courtyard at Loves Park, operated by Encore Senior Living, was developed and constructed by affiliates of Indianapolis-based Avenue Development and Avenue Construction. With independent living, assisted living, and memory care services within a single community, residents have the option to transition between levels of care without leaving the place they call home. Community amenities include a full-service salon, multiple dining venues, an on-site theater, a wellness, fitness and physical therapy center, private carports, a gazebo, and outdoor living spaces.
